Terrible experience. Had my side by side for 3 months. Told me they were waiting on a part for my brakes. Told my my whole braking system was replaced and was waiting on a brake caliper. I asked them if they could take one off of one of the ones on the lot to get my machine going. They agreed. Told me it was ready and charged me $375. Brought it home and nothing was replaced, no new brake lines brakes still didn’t work. I was missing the steering wheel column cover and muffler tip off my machine when I got it back. Had screws on the body that were barely screwed in and had 6-7 screws on my dash, who knows where those go. My gear shift knob would just spin and the screw was missing in that. Talked to Trevor and he agreed to come get it and make it right, oh and was also told that my new caliper came in the day after I picked it up. He(Trevor) came and got my machine and barely got it on the trailer because the brakes wouldn’t work or the ebrake wouldn’t work for him to be able to get off the machine to strap it down. He then calls the next day and says the ebrake works now but the brakes need a master cylinder for the them to work right and I still wasn’t given the NEW caliper that came in the day after I picked it up. I was given a used caliper and charged for a new one. I was told the caliper was the only thing I was waiting on originally. Then assured me his guys were “professionals” and didn’t take any screws out of the body, they didn’t take the steering wheel column cover off or the muffler tip, then proceeded to blame it on my son. I wouldnt take a bicycle to these folks! I spent $375 and my brakes still aren’t fixed!
